The car rubber liquid seal is made of binary rubber EPD) material, which has good elasticity and sound drop effect. The door seal is mainly formed by extrusion and injection molding processes. The cross-section of the extrusion section is the same as that of the door collar. The sealing strip at the corner of the door is mostly injection molded, which is often inconsistent with the amount of gold received, and the problem of door leakage often occurs at this corner. The sealing strip assembly is fixed in the form of 3 tapes and buckles, so the 3 tapes and buckles can be constrained in 6 degrees of freedom, and the working direction is the displacement of the door closing.
