In the past, China's new production line of 1 million sets of semi-steel radial tires required equipment investment of 0.25 billion -0.3 billion yuan, but now it only needs 0.1 billion -0.12 billion yuan. The development of rubber machinery not only saves a lot of investment in equipment for tire companies, but also improves the quality of domestic tires, thereby improving the market competitiveness of my country's tire products and further promoting the sustainable development of my country's tire industry.

At present, rubber machinery has been recognized as one of the more advanced industries in the localization of the equipment industry. Most domestic tire machinery has reached the international level in terms of technical content, appearance, internal quality and performance. While providing support and protection for the development of my country's tire industry, it also has a place in the international market.

In the 2012 Global Rubber Machinery Top 30 Rankings just announced, 14 rubber machinery companies in my country are on the list, which fully reflects that China's rubber machinery has taken another big step towards the goal of "bigger and stronger. Qingdao University Soft Control Co., Ltd. has achieved leapfrog development. In 2011, its sales revenue increased by 56%, ranking second in the ranking list. This is the first time that Chinese rubber machinery companies have ranked among the top three in the world. Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.'s sales revenue increased by 95% in 2011, ranking 6th in the rankings. This is the first time the company has entered the top ten. Yiyang Rubber and Plastic Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Guilin Rubber Machinery Factory and Qingdao Double Star Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. ranked 7th, 10th and 11th respectively. Guangzhou Huagong Baichuan Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yaxi Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd., and Dalian Chengxin Co., Ltd. entered the global top 30 rubber machinery rankings for the first time.

Today, the global rubber market is shifting to emerging markets such as China, and China is becoming another rubber production and sales center in the 21st century. The domestic and international environment has provided very favorable conditions for the development of China's rubber machinery industry in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan.

The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period is a critical period for China's rubber machinery product upgrades. Only through product upgrades can China's rubber machinery become a global rubber machinery power. Therefore, China's rubber machinery enterprises must establish their own scientific and technological innovation system and build a high-end R & D platform to ensure the lean ability of mature products, the ability of new technology/product development and innovation, the ability of technical service and the ability of interdisciplinary and cross-field technology integration. At the same time, refine product quality and promote the development of rubber machinery such as energy conservation, emission reduction and recycling, so as to ensure the healthy, stable and sustainable development of China's rubber machinery industry.
